Your marketing data lives in separate tabs. We connect it.

Every platform you run tells you part of the story. WholeFunnel AI wires all of it into one dashboard inside your own website, so the numbers decide — not gut feel.

Google Ads

What you spend and which ads bring people in, pulled automatically. No exports, no spreadsheets.

Google Analytics

What visitors actually do on your site, so ad spend is judged by real behavior rather than clicks.

Meta Ads with server-side conversions

Results flow back to Meta server-side, so it sees your real customers, including the ones iPhones hide.

Every other source, in the same funnel

TikTok, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Microsoft Ads, a directory listing, an email — anything that can send someone to your site is attributed the same way. Google and Meta go deeper still: spend comes in and conversions go back out, server-side.

You own the pipeline

Other platforms rent you access — stop paying and your system disappears. What we build runs in your own cloud account, and the dashboard is licensed to you — installed in your own WordPress site, or set up for you on any other platform. No vendor lock-in. No per-task meter. Your data, your infrastructure, your asset.

The Full Funnel Dashboard

A licensed dashboard that stays yours, updating continuously — installed in your own WordPress site, or set up for you on any other platform. It shows your whole funnel as one flow — visits, page, form, sale — split by traffic source across ads, organic, and direct. Then it flags the biggest leak and gives you a ranked list of what to fix first, computed from your own numbers.

Illustration: one funnel, from first visit to sale, with the leaking step found and sealed. Google Ads, Analytics and Meta sit unconnected and are wired into a single flow. Of 1,840 visits, 720 reach a page, 210 start a form and 34 buy. The form step is shown breaking, and 176 people drain away there. The break is then sealed and 51 buy from the same traffic and the same spend. Illustrative figures.
Illustration: three tools reporting three different numbers, reconciled into one funnel. Google Ads claims 41 conversions, Meta claims 33 and Analytics counts 52 sales — overlapping totals that cannot all be right. They are reconciled into a single funnel: 2,140 visits, 880 product views, 164 carts and 54 sales. The cart step is identified as the leak, where 110 of 164 people abandon, and after the fix the same traffic and the same spend produce 71 sales. Illustrative figures.
