Integration & modernization — for owner-run businesses
AI agents that do the repetitive work and hand your time back — built into what you already run, and owned by you.
The tools that don’t talk to each other, the phone nobody measures, the follow-ups that slip — we connect them, put agents to work on them, and put all of it in your name.
You own everything. We make it work, and make it measurable.
Ownership
You own everything.
Hosting, domain, licenses, telephony, payment processing, ad accounts — all contracted in your name. We select, configure, port, and instrument inside accounts you own.
- We don’t hold your funds.
- We aren’t your merchant of record.
- We don’t become your carrier.
- Everything we build is handed to you, in your accounts.
We make it work, and make it measurable — and it’s yours.
What we actually do
Agents for the work that repeats, systems that finally talk to each other, and all of it current, measured, and in your name.
AI agents & cloud services, built into your stack
Agents for follow-ups, scheduling, intake, and data automation between your systems — wired into what you already run (APIs, endpoints, portals) and instrumented so you can see what they did.
Three or four tools, consolidated into one flow
Disconnected apps that each hold a piece of the picture, brought into a single flow you can see end to end.
Phone systems you can measure
Stale incoming phone handling modernized into telephony we instrument — so calls become a measured part of the funnel, not a blind spot.
Aging plugins & dead integrations, replaced
Out with components the vendor no longer updates and integrations that quietly stopped working; in with current ones that actually talk to each other.
Website upgrades and rebuilds
Current, fast, and built to be maintained — not a template you’ll be fighting in a year.
Own it instead of renting it
Where you pay monthly for a function from an outside vendor, we can build a purpose-made replacement, owned outright by you.
Measurement is instrumented in every engagement and kept afterward as the ongoing layer — so you can always see what your technology is doing.
The real cost of unsupported software
Software past end of vendor support doesn’t get better on its own.
It stops getting security patches. Once a component is past end of vendor support, issues discovered in it are publicly documented and never fixed — that’s simply how software maintenance works. Newer, supported software keeps receiving those fixes; abandoned software doesn’t.
Things break silently
An integration stops firing, a form stops sending, a report goes stale — and nothing announces it.
Nothing is measurable
Older, disconnected tools rarely emit the data you’d need to know how they’re performing — so problems hide.
Small fixes get expensive
The further software drifts from current, the more a routine change turns into a project.
The estate gets harder to change
Every year an aging stack sits untouched, the more entangled it becomes and the more a modernization costs later.
How an engagement works
Scoped, fixed, and built alongside what’s live.
We look at what you’re running
You tell us what’s aging out, what’s disconnected, and what you rent. We map the estate and agree on what to modernize first.
You get a fixed plan and number
A written scope and a fixed price before any work begins. Nothing open-ended, nothing starts until you say yes.
We build in your accounts
Everything is created and configured inside accounts contracted in your name — you can see it the whole way.
We instrument and hand over, measured
Measurement is wired in and kept, the work is cut over deliberately, and the keys are yours.
Who this isn’t for
An honest answer either way.
- If you want someone to hold your passwords and run everything for you, we’re not it — we build in your accounts and hand you the keys.
- If your systems are current, connected, and already measured, you don’t need us.
- If you’re looking for a security audit, penetration testing, or a compliance certificate, that isn’t what we do — we modernize software and instrument measurement.
- If you want the cheapest possible patch rather than something you’ll own and can build on, we’re probably not the right fit.
Straight answers
Price, timeline, disruption, ownership.
What does it cost?
Every estate is different, so we scope it after we understand yours — then you get a fixed number in writing before any work begins. Nothing open-ended, and nothing starts until you have said yes to the number.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope, but a single modernization is usually weeks, not months. We sequence the work so the business keeps running while we build.
Will it disrupt my business?
We build alongside what is already live and cut over deliberately, at a time you choose. The goal is no downtime you or your customers would notice.
Who owns everything when you are done?
You do — the site, the hosting, the domain, the licenses, the phone line, the payment processing, the ad accounts, and the data. Everything is contracted in your name and handed to you. That is the whole point of how we work.
Do you do security audits or compliance certifications?
No. We modernize software and bring it current, connect systems, and instrument measurement. We do not perform security audits, penetration testing, or remediation, and we do not issue compliance certifications.
Do you copy or replace a specific vendor’s product?
No. When we build a replacement for something you rent, it is purpose-made for how your business actually works and owned outright by you — not a copy or clone of anyone’s product.
What if I don’t know what we’re running?
That’s normal — and it’s our job, not yours. Tell us what isn’t working the way you’d describe it to a friend; we map the estate and tell you what’s actually there.
