What governs your purchase
Every service states its own price, terms, and guarantees in writing before you pay: a written quote, an invoice, or the service page itself. Those written terms govern each engagement. For the technical rescue service, the deposit terms and the written scope sent with our acceptance are the governing documents.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Refunds and guarantees are stated per service, in the written terms you receive before you pay.
Our promises
The promises we make are the ones written down — in your quote, your invoice, or the service’s own terms. We do not make silent ones.
